Head of Armenia’s Control Chamber Ishkhan Zakaryan met with the co-chair of Board of the Netherlands Court of Audit Gerrit de Jong.

Head of Armenia’s Control Chamber (ACC) Ishkhan Zakaryan and co-chair of Board of the Netherlands Court of Audit Gerrit de Jong discussed new offers on technical support for the ACC by the Court of Audit, as well as joint programs for 2012-2013.

Zakaryan thanked for the invitation and stressed the importance of cooperation with the Netherlands.

“Of course, there are legislative differences, however, Armenia tries to meet European standards on many issues,” he added.

ACC will improve infrastructure of the chamber to strengthen information technologies of the Chamber.

As a result of the cooperation between the two control chambers, the Netherlands will continue to provide the Chamber with new computers and make investments in the service system.
