PM Taron Margaryan: "During the New Year holidays the regular public transport work should be provided on properly."

During the current working conference Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan particularly stressed that regular public transport work should be provided on during the holidays and the passengers’ transportation should be arranged properly.

In addition to this Taron Margaryan instructed the executives of Transport Department to submit regular reports on transport work.
Expressing gratitude to “Miasin” youth movement for support in the programs directed at public transport work regulation, the Mayor instructed to go on monitoring of public transport activities, involving in this process nongovernmental and youth organizations.
“Transport monitoring should be constantly in the center of our focus so that public transport discipline could be corresponding to requirements of the population and we have quality servicing”, said Taron Margaryan. The head of Transport Department reported that corresponding administrative protocols were made up regarding the violations and omissions fixed in the result of weekly studies.

Regarding the first party of the buses (66 units) being imported from China, which soon will be in Yerevan, the Mayor instructed to separate route lines for the new buses while elaborating the new route network.
