Chairman of the RA National Assembly Samvel Nikoyan has congratulated Sergey Narishkin on his election as Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation.

In the congratulatory message of the Chairman of the RA National Assembly it is particularly stated:

"The inter-parliamentary cooperation between the Republic of Armenia and the Russian Federation is at a high level. The close partnership and the efficient collaboration within the framework of the Armenian-Russian inter-parliamentary commission, as well as the CIS Inter-Parliamentary Assembly and the CSTO Parliamentary Assembly contribute to further deepening of strategic and federal relations between Armenia and Russia.
