Sport equipment and sweets to the special schools of Yerevan.

On the initiative of Yerevan Mayor Taron Margaryan, the division of Children’s Rights Protection granted New Year presents to the pupils of the schools N2, 6 for children with mental disabilities and of the special school N8 for children with speech disorders.

In the approach of the New Year the schools were granted sport equipment and outfit. Besides treatment with sweets, the children were given opportunity to dance, sing and take photos with the favourite heroes.

The head of the Division of Children’s  Rights Protection Ida Khachatryan noted that though the visits to special schools  have regular character, the visit in the approach of the New Year has been organized for the first time for more than 260 children studying at these schools.

Expressing gratitude for warmth and presents, some of the children sincerely said that they had already received the present they were going to ask for the New Year before writing their letter to Santa Claus.
