Armenian president receives Victor Tvircun

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan received on Wednesday Mr Victor Tvircun, Secretary General of the Permanent International Secretariat, Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC).

The sides discussed the BSEC’s current activities, stressing the need for enhancing the organization’s efficiency and priorities of Armenia’s chairmanship. President Serzh Sargsyan noted that Armenia has been consistent in supporting regional integration processes, pointing out the BSEC’s important role. The Armenian leader assured Ambassador Tvircun that as BSEC chairing country Armenia will spare no efforts to intensify the organization’s activities and promote cooperation between the member-states.
