Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan received the Secretary General of the Permanent International Secretariat of the Organization of Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC PERMIS) Victor Tvircun, Armenian Presidential press service reports.

The parties discussed the current activity of the BSEC and stressed the importance of enhancing the efficiency of the organization.The sides also discussed the priorities of Armenia's presidency in the BSEC from July 2013 and the Secretariat's activity.
