Armenian Heritage Party members summed up the year.

The authorities have failed to perform their obligations, according to the Heritage party.
"The authorities adopted the 2012 state budget, swiftly rejecting all the 152 proposals presented by the Heritage and approving those of the coalition government," said Anahit Bakhshyan.
"The 2012 budget aims to serve the coalition government during the elections," she stressed.
Even when deciding which schools to repair the authorities firstly consider the issue of their benefit during the elections.
"They do not care whether children are cold inside building or a panel might fall on children's heads as was the case in Metsamor," said Mrs. Bakhshyan.
"The parliamentary elections are an alternative for the authorities," added Stepan Safaryan, head of the Heritage parliamentary faction.
With respect to opposition Armenian National Congress's calls for power change, Styopa Safaryan said it leads to defeat, while Anahit Bakhshyan noted that this is an attempt to "stay afloat."
Mrs. Bakhsyan did not agree with her colleague's observation that only after Heritage went to hunger strike and boycotted the parliament's activity, did the party start to estimate its true position.
"Don't you know our journalists? They will garble your words and misinterpret them saying in the last three and a half years Heritage stayed away from people and needed to go out of the National Assembly to understand...," she said.
