Champion of Women Chess Championship 2009, Ukraine, winner of numerous international competitions and award-bearer, grand master Evgenia Dolukhanova will hereafter come forth under the Armenian tricolor.

Evgenia Dolukhanova is said to apply with the request of coming forth within the sponsorship of the Armenian Chess Federation on her own will, and on December 26 the World Chess Federation (FIDE) has officially confirmed this transference.
