ARF and Heritage parties make joint statement.

Armenian Revolutionary Federation and Heritage came forth with a joint statement.

Press services of the parties reported that ARF and the Heritage welcome the positions of the parliamentary and extra parliamentary forces over the conduction of free and fair elections and their oversight.

They offered the parliamentarian majority to jointly implement concrete change: to eliminate the majority election system, passing to 100% proportional system.

"By agreeing to it the authorities will show their readiness and political will to form together with the opposition atmosphere of tolerance and reconciliation," the statement says.
