After the Abkhaz and the Georgians, the Armenians are the third largest ethnic group in Abkhazia.
In line with the 2011 census, there are 41,864 Armenians currently living there.
Abkhazia’s total population is 240,705, and 91 different nationalities live there, reported Regnum news agency.
