New ophthalmologic rooms have been opened in "Kanaker Zeitun" medical center subordinated to the municipality.

By the initiative of the City Hall of Yerevan and by the support of "VivaCell-MTS" 4 new ophthalmologic rooms with supermodern equipment have been opened in ophthalmologic clinic of "Kanaker-Zeitun" MC.

"Equipping the municipality subordinated medical establishments with innovative devices is one of the priorities of the City Hall programs in health sphere whether it is realized through own means, through attracting investments or by the support of  partner benevolent organizations", said Mayor Taron Margaryan during the official opening of the division. 

"This is not our first project with the City Hall of Yerevan, and certainly, it's not the last one. Regarding any similar health program which coincides with our direction in health care field we are ready to discuss, support and fulfill", said the general manager of  “VivaCell-MTS” Ralph Yirikyan.

The ophthalmologists expressed satisfaction that this diagnostic-medical equipment which is one of the latest achievements of science, give opportunity to carry out a complete and complex examination of patients.

By the way, because of the absence of such equipment patients used to be directed to other clinics. 

The ophthalmologists of "Kanaker Zeitun" MC before starting working in the new rooms passed trainings abroad.
