'World must boycott Bahrain F1 race' as Gran Prix may backfire at the Bahraini monarchy – expert (video)

An analyst says the international community must prevent such an 'ironic event' as the Formula One Grand Prix auto race from taking place in Bahrain amid the sufferings and imprisonments of the Bahraini people.
The comment comes as Bahrain is preparing to host the Formula One Grand Prix on April 19-21, while continuing to crack down on nation-wide anti-regime protests.
“The sport should not travel to Bahrain next week amid increasing signs that security forces in the Persian Gulf Kingdom are planning another drastic suppression of anti-government protests around the grand-prix”, expert Mohsen Saleh says. “There is a perception that the sport is being used”, he adds in an interview to PressTV.
Some users already reacted to this by saying that if the world didn't boycott the race last year then what makes one think they are going do it now. User illuminatisos writes “Money is what talks. Not human rights. Money always triumphs any sort of rights. Human, women or race rights and every other type of rights are always superseded by money.”
The people in Bahrain are really under pressure and policemen are attacking homes and people, Saleh claims. International community is expected to react to such a move.
