RPA getting prepared for elections.

The Republican Party of Armenia views the coming parliamentary and presidential elections as a united political process, secretary of the RPA faction Gagik Melikyan told a news conference Friday.

He said RPA is in preparatory period – it elects delegates, forms councils, consolidates advocates, intensifies party activities.

"The work has already launched over the pre-electoral program based on the proposals and decisions of President Serzh Sargsyan. Everything must be implemented in accordance with the schedule," Melikyan said.

He stressed all the works are being assessed by the people who tie bigger expectations with the authorities. RPA secretary expressed confidence that after the coming parliamentary elections progress will be registered in the social life of the people.

Melikyan noted that by the implementation of the programs of the party, ensuring growth in the economy, the RPA will improve the social situation of the people.
