IBF middlewiegh champion Arthur Abraham will be fighting on Saturday against Argentinian Pablo Natalio Farias (19-1, 11 KO’s) at the Baden-Arena in Offenberg, Germany, Boxing News 24 reported.
Abraham, 31, is desperate to win this fight and has been working out hard for months trying to get back what he lost. He can’t afford to lose this fight and plans on trying to throw more punches. Not throwing punches enough punches was Abraham’s biggest problems in his three losses in the Super Six tournament and he plans on fixing that with this fight on Saturday night.
“I trained all the time. No matter whether it was Saturday, Sunday, Christmas or New Year’s day; I did not miss a single training session. I have prepared well for the fight in Offenberg, but that is not any different from the last bouts. I will try to be more active, try to punch more,” Abraham was quoted as telling ESPN.
