On January 18 RA Minister of Emergency Situations Armen Yeritsyan and the general director of "Electric Networks of Armenia" CJSC Yevgeni Bibin signed an agreement of cooperation on prevention and elimination of consequences of natural and man-made hazards and disasters.

After the signing ceremony, the Ministry introduced its Crisis Management Center and newly-opened 911 service to the director, MES press service reported.
