Monitoring teams have been set up in the Armenian government, which periodically conduct revisions in this or that sphere to clear up what quality of services are provided, Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan said during a sitting of the government.
"We have always spoken of flaws publicly and have given corresponding assignments. Today we can state the results of the regular monitoring show that the State Committee of the Real Estate Cadastre has experienced certain progress: today it is possible to register an enterprise in an electronic way within 15 minutes," the head of the executive body stressed.
The Prime Minister noted that there is a success in the sphere of provision of passports, too. "We should be consistent in this sphere. In the recent period we get complaints from the police services, particularly, in registration of driver's license and cars. The police chief has been given assignments in this regard and we should improve the quality of the services in a short period of time," said Tigran Sargsyan.
Monitoring will be conducted in other spheres, too, the Prime Minister assured. "I will constantly refer to this issue, as this is the point where we deal with citizens," said Tigran Sargsyan.
