Armenia’s Military Attorney General Gevorg Kostanyan criticized work of some local media outlets.

Cases of obvious misinformation are frequent, which is accepted by the society as a fact, he said at a press conference on Thursday.

Regarding it, media has obligations besides rights, to provide maximum checked information on crimes in army.

Besides, several journalists have already been invited and examined as a witness.

He added that Armenian MOD and Military Prosecutor’s Office are for the constructive criticism aimed to improve work efficiency.
