The political debate turned into an argument between Republican and ANC representatives.

The debate between the Republican MP Vardan Ayvazyan and Armenian National Congress (ANC) representative Felix Khachatryan turned into an argument during today`s press conference with reporters.

The two men were debating over electoral systems when they started scolding and offending each other. The Republican MP said that the ANC was busy with empty talk, thus surprising his opposition opponent.

"And how do you display courage? Does courage imply that one should run from one party to the other? And who should speak about courage -Vardan Ayvazyan, who was included in the party list of the Pan-Armenian National Movement 1995, later in the bloc "Unity" and now in the Republican Party?" said Felix Khachatryan.

"I have always expressed my opinions publically," was Ayvazyan's reply.
