President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko arrived in Armenia to attend casino opening?

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko arrived in Yerevan on official visit, BELTA reports. 

Today Lukashenko will meet with Serzh Sargsyan to discuss Armenian-Belarusian relations in different spheres. The parties will mainly focus on the expansion of bilateral trade, development of economic ties, implementation of joint projects.

In 2012 bilateral trade turnover made 46.1 million US dollars, the export amounted to 38.7 million and import 7.4 million US dollars.

"Belarusian partisan" newsletter tried to check why Lukashenko really arrived in Armenia. According to it, Lukashenko will participate on the consecration of St. John church in Abovian built with the funding of Prosperous Armenia party leader Gagik Tsarukyan. The President will also participate in the opening ceremony of recreation center, casino and entertainment center "Pharavon" (Pharaoh), located in Yerevan-Sevan highway.
